Haaretz : A Generals' War Against Children

The current war in Gaza is vastly different from other wars. According to statistics, the number of children martyred in this war is significantly higher compared to previous wars. This is not a war in the traditional sense, and if we were to call it that, it would essentially be a war between generals and children. In traditional wars, combat typically occurs at the borders, where armies face off using tanks, aircraft, artillery, and other weapons. In Gaza, however, these characteristics are almost entirely absent, especially in the current phase of the fighting.
